Peanut Butter Cookie

Slow digesting proteins from the casein keep muscles fed during the night or other long periods of time where you won't be getting much protein. The natural peanut butter is a good way to help hard gainers puts on some extra mass with quality calories.
Makes 1 serving
- 2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
- 8 oz. Skim Milk
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 8 oz Skim Milk
- 1 serving Cookies & Cream 100% Casein Gold Standard
1. First, blend together the milk and ice cubes.
2. Next, add the ON Casein and warm water and blend again.
3.Finally, add the two tablespoons of natural peanut butter and blend until the the shake has a thick, but smooth consistency.
Other Notes
Add more milk/water if the shake seems too thick for you. The warm water will help melt the ice crystals that tend to form with the milk and also keep your protein powder from clumping together.
