Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Makes 1 serving
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana Frozen *
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 8 oz Skim Milk
- 1 serving Double Rich Chocolate 100% Whey Gold Standard
1. Make sure banana is frozen, I always keep a few in freezer at all times!
2. Mix all ingredients together in blender until banana is gone and shake is thick
Other Notes
You can use many different flavors of protein powder. I've used all the chocolate and vanilla flavors, if you are a coffee fan then the Mocha Cappichino flavor is good. You can even use chocolate or vanilla flavored soy milk, just make sure its the light style. I use Smart Balance brand peanut butter.
